Senegal #20
All bids are binding. The winner must complete payment within 48 hours after the auction closes.
The boubou, Senegal's national garment, embodies elegance and heritage. An open-sided tunic draped over the shoulders, worn with pride across generations. The Lions of Teranga carry number 20 for all their World Cup appearances, every single one in the 2000s. A country that arrived late to the tournament. But never quietly.
THE STORY BEHIND THE COLLECTION
Every Ganxo Studio piece is a handmade natural linen shirt, crafted by hand in Barcelona, paired with an organic cotton scarf. The jersey draws from American football aesthetics with oversized cut, dropped shoulders, V-neck and bold number on the chest. A nod to the host nation woven into every single piece in the collection. The scarf is placed following the traditional dress codes of every country, on the head, around the neck, across the chest or at the waist. This is not a reproduction. This is the only one that will ever exist.
HOW THE AUCTION WORKS
This auction opens June 11th, the first day of the 2026 World Cup. It closes 24 hours after Senegal gets eliminated from the tournament. The further they go, the more this piece is worth. If they reach the final, you do the math. Only 1 exists. When it's gone, it's gone.
