Destinations

Ganxo Studio ships worldwide, except where shipping is prohibited by applicable law, international sanctions or carrier restrictions.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight and available service. Any price estimate displayed before checkout is indicative; the amount confirmed at checkout applies to the order.

Indicative shipping ranges, pending final carrier configuration:

Spain and Europe: EUR 10-15
United States and Canada: EUR 20-30
Rest of world: EUR 25-40

These estimates may change before checkout and should not be relied upon where the checkout displays a different amount.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Spain and Europe: 3-7 business days
United States and Canada: 7-14 business days
Rest of world: 10-21 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, peak periods, remote destinations and events beyond Ganxo Studio's reasonable control may cause delays.

Carriers and tracking

Ganxo Studio selects an appropriate reputable carrier for the destination and service available. Tracking details will be provided where the selected service supports tracking.

Customs and import charges

The buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and local charges imposed in the destination country, unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Ganxo Studio is not responsible for customs-clearance delays.

If a parcel is rejected or not collected because the buyer does not pay applicable import charges, Ganxo Studio may deduct the resulting return and carrier costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

The buyer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact admin@ganxostudio.com immediately if an address needs correction. Ganxo Studio cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Report a lost, damaged or materially delayed parcel promptly, including the order number and any photographs requested. Ganxo Studio will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
