Shipping policy

Destinations

Ganxo Studio currently focuses on shipping to Spain and Europe. Orders may be accepted for other destinations only where checkout offers shipping to that country and where shipping is not prohibited by applicable law, international sanctions or carrier restrictions.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight and available service. The amount confirmed at checkout applies to the order.

Current shipping options are shown at checkout. Based on the current Shopify configuration, the standard rates are:

Spain: standard shipping currently shown at checkout as EUR €0.00
European Union destinations where available: standard international shipping currently shown at checkout as EUR €8.99

These rates may change if the Shopify shipping configuration is updated. The amount confirmed at checkout applies to the order.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Spain: 2-5 business days
European Union and EEA: 3-10 business days
Other European countries, where available: 5-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance for non-EU destinations, peak periods, remote destinations and events beyond Ganxo Studio's reasonable control may cause delays.

Carriers and tracking

Ganxo Studio selects an appropriate reputable carrier for the destination and service available. Tracking details will be provided where the selected service supports tracking.

Customs and import charges

For orders delivered within the European Union, no customs duties should normally apply. For orders delivered outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and local charges imposed in the destination country, unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Ganxo Studio is not responsible for customs-clearance delays.

If a parcel is rejected or not collected because the buyer does not pay applicable import charges, Ganxo Studio may deduct the resulting return and carrier costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

The buyer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact admin@ganxostudio.com immediately if an address needs correction. Ganxo Studio cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Report a lost, damaged or materially delayed parcel promptly, including the order number and any photographs requested. Ganxo Studio will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
