These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of ganxostudio.com and purchases from Ganxo Studio. The Legal Notice identifies the legal seller. By using the Website, creating an account, placing a bid or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and, where applicable, the Auction Terms.

1. About Ganxo Studio

Ganxo Studio sells its products directly through the Website. Products are not sold by third-party sellers.

The legal seller is Guillem Munoz Manzano, a self-employed sole trader operating under the trading name GANXO STUDIO.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place a bid or make a purchase.

You must provide accurate and current information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by a failure for which Ganxo Studio is legally responsible.

Ganxo Studio may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, payment failure or interference with an auction.

3. Products

All Ganxo Studio pieces are brand new, handcrafted and one of a kind. Each outfit is made from 100% natural linen and organic cotton and handmade by a seamstress in Catalonia, Spain. No two pieces are identical, and no replica of a sold piece will be produced.

Pieces are pre-made, cannot be customised and are sold as shown. Minor variations and handmade characteristics are part of each unique piece and are not defects. Product photographs and descriptions aim to represent each item accurately, but screen colours may vary.

4. Availability and orders

An order or winning bid is subject to product availability, payment verification and fraud checks. Ganxo Studio may refuse or cancel an order where required by law or where there is a genuine pricing, technical, availability or fraud-related error. Where payment has already been collected, it will be refunded unless retention is permitted by law.

5. Prices, taxes and currency

The store's base currency is United States dollars (USD). Where Shopify or another payment service displays a converted amount, the conversion is indicative or processed according to that provider's terms. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Prices and taxes are displayed or calculated as required by applicable law. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Customs duties, import taxes and local charges imposed after dispatch are the buyer's responsibility unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Ganxo Studio charges no buyer's premium or auction commission. The winning bid is the product price, plus any shipping, taxes or import charges disclosed or applicable under these Terms.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payment providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy notices.

Auction winners must complete payment within 48 hours after the auction closes. The consequences of non-payment are set out in the Auction Terms.

7. Shipping, returns and statutory rights

The Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to withdrawal, defective goods, non-conforming goods or legal guarantees.

Consumers in Spain benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee applicable to goods, which is generally three years from delivery for new goods. Consumers in other countries retain the mandatory legal guarantees applicable in their country.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

place bids without a genuine intention and ability to pay;
manipulate bidding, coordinate sham bids or use multiple accounts to distort an auction;
use automated systems to interfere with bidding or Website operation;
attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or disrupt the Website;
use the Website or products in breach of applicable law.

9. Website availability

Ganxo Studio aims to keep the Website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned or emergency maintenance, third-party failures or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Auction-specific technical incidents are handled under the Auction Terms.

10. Liability

Ganxo Studio does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to mandatory law, Ganxo Studio is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, losses caused by the buyer's breach, or delays caused by customs, carriers or events beyond Ganxo Studio's reasonable control.

11. Changes to these Terms

Ganxo Studio may update these Terms prospectively. The version in force when you place a bid or order will govern that transaction, unless a change is required by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights under the law of your country of residence.

Auction Terms

These Auction Terms apply to every auction operated by Ganxo Studio on ganxostudio.com. They supplement the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict concerning an auction, these Auction Terms take precedence.

1. Auction format

Each auction relates to one unique Ganxo Studio piece associated with a country participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Ganxo Studio is the seller of every piece. There are no third-party sellers.

Each auction starts at USD $100 and has no hidden reserve price. The minimum bid increment is USD $5. Automatic bidding may place incremental bids on a bidder's behalf up to the maximum amount set by that bidder.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract and provide valid account and payment information.

3. Binding bids

All bids are binding and irrevocable during the auction. By placing a bid, you confirm your genuine intention and ability to buy the item at that price if you win. A bid cannot be withdrawn during the auction merely because you changed your mind, entered the wrong amount or did not read the product information.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply after purchase, including any applicable statutory right of withdrawal.

4. When an auction closes

Each auction is scheduled to close exactly 24 hours after the corresponding national team is officially eliminated from the 2026 FIFA World Cup, based on the result or decision officially published by FIFA.

For clarity, if FIFA's official result makes a team eliminated at 20:00 on a given day, that team's auction is scheduled to close at 20:00 on the following day. The exact auction closing timestamp displayed on the relevant auction page is authoritative and will identify the applicable time zone or display the time in the viewer's local time.

If FIFA later corrects a result, changes the tournament schedule or issues a decision affecting elimination, Ganxo Studio may reasonably update the closing time. Any material change will be displayed on the auction page as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Anti-sniping extension

If a valid bid is placed during the final three minutes, the auction closing time is automatically extended by three minutes. Further valid bids during an extended final three-minute period trigger further three-minute extensions. The auction closes only when three consecutive minutes pass without a new valid bid.

6. Winning bidder and ties

The highest valid bid recorded by the auction system when the auction closes wins. If two equal bids are recorded, the bid recorded first chronologically wins.

The auction-system records, including timestamps and automatic bids, will be used to determine the result, subject to correction of a verified technical error.

7. Payment

The winning bidder must pay the full amount shown at checkout within 48 hours after the auction closes. The amount consists of the winning bid plus applicable shipping and taxes. There is no buyer's premium or hidden auction commission.

If the winner does not pay within 48 hours, Ganxo Studio may cancel the award and offer the item to the next highest verified bidder. If that bidder does not accept or pay within the period stated in the offer, the item remains the property of Ganxo Studio. Ganxo Studio may relist the item or otherwise offer it for sale.

8. Fraud, errors and cancellation

Ganxo Studio may reject or cancel a bid, suspend a bidder or cancel, pause, extend or repeat an auction where reasonably necessary due to:

suspected fraud, collusion, sham bidding or account misuse;
a technical failure or material display error;
an incorrect product listing;
circumstances beyond Ganxo Studio's reasonable control;
an official change to the World Cup schedule or result.

Ganxo Studio will exercise this right fairly and will not cancel an auction solely because the final price is lower than expected.

If a verified technical error materially affects the result, Ganxo Studio may repeat the auction or award the piece to the highest verified bidder recorded immediately before the error, depending on which option most fairly preserves the auction's integrity. Affected bidders will be informed where reasonably possible.

9. Withdrawal, returns and defective products

The irrevocability of a bid does not remove mandatory rights that arise after an online purchase. Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from the distance contract and rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods. See the Returns and Refund Policy.
