Refund policy

Ganxo Studio pieces are unique and sold through online auctions, but this does not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply to online purchases.

1. EU/EEA consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of withdrawal to admin@ganxostudio.com before the 14-day period expires. Include your name, order number, product and delivery date.

You must return the product within 14 days after notifying Ganxo Studio. Unless Ganxo Studio agrees otherwise or the product is defective or non-conforming, you are responsible for the direct return-shipping cost.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.

Ganxo Studio will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the original order, as required by law. The refund may be withheld until the returned product is received or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

2. Customers outside the EU/EEA

For customers outside the EU/EEA, returns for change of mind are not accepted unless mandatory law in the customer's country requires otherwise. This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming products.

3. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

Contact admin@ganxostudio.com promptly if a product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not conform to its description. Include the order number and clear photographs where possible.

Where Ganxo Studio is responsible, it will provide the remedy required by applicable law and bear reasonable return-shipping costs. Mandatory legal guarantees remain fully applicable.

Minor variations resulting from handcrafting, natural linen, organic cotton or screen colour differences are not defects where the product otherwise matches its description.

Consumers in Spain benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee applicable to goods, which is generally three years from delivery for new goods. Consumers elsewhere retain the mandatory legal guarantees applicable in their country.

4. Return conditions

Except where this would restrict mandatory rights, returned products should be:

  • the same unique product delivered;
  • unworn, unwashed and unaltered;
  • returned with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible;
  • securely packaged to avoid damage.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Currency-conversion differences and third-party bank fees are outside Ganxo Studio's control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Customs duties and import charges paid directly to authorities are not refunded by Ganxo Studio. Contact the relevant authority to request any available reimbursement.

6. How to request a return

Email admin@ganxostudio.com before sending the product. Include:

  • your full name;
  • order number;
  • product;
  • reason for the request;
  • delivery date;
  • photographs, if the product is damaged or non-conforming.

7. Model withdrawal form
